IT Technician - Online Remote Support
Request / software-related issue
STANDARD
(within 72 hours)
400,- CZK / 15 minutes
1 400,- CZK / 1 hour
- STANDARD from 4 hours to 72 hours from request acceptance.
- The provider is required to inform the customer in advance about the estimated time needed to process the request.
- The minimum billing time for a request is 15 min. After 15 minutes, the actual time spent is charged at the hourly rate. The service will be invoiced based on actual time worked, with a detailed breakdown provided as an attachment.
- Time spent fixing a system error is not charged.
- Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed no later than by the end of the next business day.
EXPRESS
(within 1 hour)
550,- CZK / 15 minutes
2 200,- CZK / 1 hour
- EXPRESS from 1 hour to 18 hours from request acceptance.
- The provider is required to inform the customer in advance about the estimated time needed to process the request.

Technician - On-site Service Interventions
Request / Hardware or Software issue requiring an on-site visit
STANDARD
(within 5 business days)
400,- CZK / 15 minutes
1 400,- CZK / 1 hour
- STANDARD from 3 to 5 business days from ticket acceptance.
- The provider is required to carry out an intervention at the location reported by the customer and resolve the reported issue by repair or temporary replacement with a device of similar specifications. Device servicing and reinstallation will be carried out at the customer's expense.
- If the device shows defects that make repair impossible or uneconomical, the provider will send the customer a quote for a new device, and installation will be carried out upon acceptance.
- Invoicing will be based on the actual duration of work at the service location, including travel time.

- EXPRESS from 1 to 3 business days from ticket acceptance.
